Terms and Conditions for Participants
1) The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizers.
2) The applicant height should be minimum 5’2 feet (Bare feet)
3) The applicant must be at least 18 years of age and not more than 25 years of age as on 30th January, 2024. The applicant is required to produce an age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver’s license, etc).
4) The applicant is not / has not been married, and has never had a marriage annulled or never given birth to a child; has never been pregnant nor a parent. If any of these conditions change, the applicant is to notify the organizers immediately.
5) The applicant is a natural born female.
6) The applicant should be a bonafide Himachali.
7) The applicant is not under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
8) The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant
9) The Organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
10) The Elimination round expenses (Travel & Stay) are to be borne by the participant.
11) The applicant will make herself available for promotional activities. The organizers retain the worldwide copy right for all photos & promotional materials.
12) The Organizers are not responsible if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
13) The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant she will participate at her own risk and have no claim against Divya Himachal Media Group in any regard.
14) Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior, during or after participation.
15) Judges decision is final in all cases.
16) Only persons of good health and moral character can participate.
17) The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedule given.
18) Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
19) Schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organisers.
20) The Organisers are not responsible for non-completion/non-occurrence of the event.
21) In the event of any dispute, Organisers’ decisions are final and binding on the applicant
22) The courts of Dharamshala have the jurisdiction over all disputes.

What Information Do We Collect?
We collect various types of information depending upon how you use the WEBSITE:
- When you create account and register for the event, we collect your name, residential address, email address, affiliation as well as the position and some other contact information. All the information collected in this procedure will automatically be saved in “Registration Status” for ease of reference and to help you to go on to the next step (registration, etc.) as quickly as possible.
- Our primary goal in collecting personal information including your first name, last name, phone number(s), valid email, residential address, and credit card data is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, customized registration experience.
