Terms and Conditions for Participants

 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying for Miss Himachal 2027.

1. The applicant must agree to follow all the rules and regulations set by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to modify these rules whenever required.

2. The minimum height requirement is 5 feet 2 inches (without footwear).

3. The applicant must be between 18 and 27 years of age as on 30th January 2027. Valid age proof, such as a passport, birth certificate, school certificate or driving licence, must be provided when required.

4. The applicant must be unmarried, must never have been married, and must not have given birth to or have a child.

5. The applicant must be a natural-born female.

6. The applicant must be a Himachali resident or currently studying at a recognised educational institution in Himachal Pradesh.

7. The applicant must not have any active commercial contract with a modelling agency at the time of the audition.

8. Once shortlisted, the applicant cannot participate in any other beauty pageant or enter into another commercial contract without the organisers’ permission.

9. The organisers will not be responsible for applications that are delayed, lost or not received due to technical or other reasons.

10. Participants must bear their own travel and accommodation expenses for auditions, semi-finals and other selection rounds, wherever applicable.

11. Selected participants must be available for promotional activities, photo shoots, media interactions and other activities related to the pageant. The organisers will have the rights to use photographs and promotional material for publicity and marketing purposes.

12. The organisers will not be responsible if any sponsor fails to provide a prize or benefit promised by them.

13. Participants must take care of their personal belongings and health. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss, accident or injury during participation.

14. Providing false or incorrect information may lead to disqualification at any stage of the competition.

15. The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all selection and competition rounds.

16. Participants must be physically and mentally fit to take part in the pageant.

17. All participants must maintain discipline, punctuality and proper behaviour throughout the event.

18. Only registered applicants will be allowed inside the designated audition or selection venue.

19. The organisers reserve the right to change the event schedule, venues, dates or selection process whenever necessary.

20. The organisers reserve the right to postpone, cancel or modify the event due to unavoidable circumstances.

21. In case of any dispute, the decision of the organisers will be final and binding.

22. All legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect various types of information depending upon how you use the WEBSITE:

• When you create account and register for the event, we collect your name, residential address, email address, affiliation as well as the position and some other contact information. All the information collected in this procedure will automatically be saved in “Registration Status” for ease of reference and to help you to go on to the next step (registration, etc.) as quickly as possible.
• Our primary goal in collecting personal information including your first name, last name, phone number(s), valid email, residential address, and credit card data is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, customized registration experience.
